Start Fresh 2025: what would you do with a clean slate

Starting Fresh in 2025: What would you do with a clean slate?

Hey friend,

Can you believe 2025 is here already? Another year, another chance to write a brand-new chapter. It’s like we’ve been handed a clean slate—no rules, no expectations, just pure possibility. I want you to take a deep breath because this is your year to reset, refocus, and reclaim everything that’s been weighing you down.

If you’re anything like me, you’re probably feeling a mix of excitement and a little anxiety. The idea of starting over can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why I’ve created The Reset Room. We’re in this together, and today, I’m sharing some heart-to-heart advice to help you start your reset and step into 2025 with intention, grace, and a little fire in your soul.

1. Reflect, Don’t Regret

Before we move forward, let’s take a moment to look back—but not in a way that makes you feel stuck. What did 2024 teach you? The wins, the losses, the in-between moments—they all served a purpose. Grab a journal, and write down:

• One thing you’re proud of.

• One thing you wish you did differently (and what you’ll do about it now).

• One thing you’re letting go of completely.

This reflection isn’t about judgment; it’s about understanding where you’ve been so you can be clear about where you’re headed.

2. Set Goals That Feel Good

Forget about the cookie-cutter New Year’s resolutions. Let’s set goals that actually light you up.

Be specific: Instead of saying, “I want to be healthier,” try, “I’ll work out 3 times a week for 30 minutes and meal prep on Sundays.”

Keep it realistic: You don’t have to overhaul your life in a day. Start small and build from there.

Focus on how you want to feel: Do you want to feel more peace? More joy? More freedom? Let that guide your goals.

3. Build a Reset Routine

Let’s be real—change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the little things you do every day that add up to something big. Try this simple reset routine to get started:

Morning check-in: Spend 5 minutes journaling or meditating on what you’re grateful for and what you want to accomplish that day.

Midday movement: Whether it’s a walk, a quick stretch, or a full workout, move your body to reset your energy.

Evening wind-down: Reflect on your day with a calming ritual—maybe a hot bath, reading a book, or sipping tea while you journal.

4. Surround Yourself with Support

This is where The Reset Room comes in. You don’t have to do this alone. Join our community to share your wins, vent about your challenges, and get inspired by other women who are also prioritizing their growth. Remember, your environment matters—so let’s fill it with people who lift you up.

5. Give Yourself Grace

You’re going to have days when you crush it and days when you feel like you’ve failed. That’s normal. This reset isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. Celebrate every step forward, no matter how small. And on the tough days? Be kind to yourself. You’re doing the best you can, and that’s enough.

6. Dream Bigger, Friend

Let 2025 be the year you stop playing small. Whatever your dreams are—starting a new business, traveling more, spending quality time with your family—go for them unapologetically. The only thing standing between you and your dream life is the belief that you can have it.
